झाड़ू पोछा अस्पताल। यदि व्यवस्था के शौकीन हो तो साफ सफाई बैठने के लिए सोफे लगा रखे है। But when it comes to treatment they are careless specially ICU nursing sisters and Jr Doctors are good for nothing, it is multi speciality trauma hospital but you will not find regular neurologist/neurosurgeon/nephrologist.. When Remaining MD doctor in normal case advises anything related to patient to ward incharge(senior nurse -plays the role diplomat/Adm only) then later he dilutes Dr decision by brain washing attendants. When patient situation becomes critical then in reverse Dr. asks from attendant what to do now! My father state turns alarming overnight he got respiratory infection due to long suction pipe inserted on mouth for two weeks I requested to remove it lator but they didn't .. and previous night before shifting to AIIMS got severe damage and bleeding in lung and throat due to suction,ward incharge not able to tell who was in nursing care in night. just before shift I don't know why they changed mouth ventilator to Nasal ventilator (process internally Damages too much). Nurses talk casually while giving feed to patient- यार मेरी एक दिन की सैलरी cut गई।
